Opportunity for travel, corporate credit card, engaging activities, global resources, business admin experience

Cons

2 weeks paid vacation, travel is encouraged for promotion, nepotism, foreigners have priority over promotions

Pros

Great global exposure, if you are able to get to a certain level in the company, or be part of the "good ole boys club".

Cons

Traditional viewpoint on work. Inability to take feedback or try different approaches to working. HR is very antiquated and doesn't truly take the employee into consideration, and is severely understaffed. The company takes legal risks to their advantage; RIF's are done without specific consideration, investigations and EEOC claims are dismissed unless you get a lawyer, they don't pay bonuses if they can get away with it.
