      Good products and good benefits

      Cons

      Sika doesn't have enough people to do the work as the company cannot retain good talent. The main reason is pay is way below the industry standard. Everyone is doing two people's job. The bonus was a joke in 2021. If you want to work for 80 hours a week and still get treated like a slave, come and join. The senior management is too old and still holding onto the 1950's management style and culture.

      Factory workers are very dedicated

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless to being able to correct the problems in the plant. The serious lack of people skills by upper management will keep the plant from ever being a good operation

      They don't make sense

      They pay good, liked the work.

      Cons

      I was fired because I was accused of saying something insensitive, however I was never told what exactly I was accused of. Never given a chance to defend myself, and on top of it fired over the phone after my shift on a friday. I garentee I did not say anything derogatory records anyone. Also communication is lacking, reactive vs pro active, parking is horrific, and no real training.
