      Huge potential, could be better

      Pros

      Good support from corporate procurement with up to standards tools ( ERP, reporting, supplier qualification, project management and auditing)

      Cons

      - lower than market pay and incentives - lots of disparities between managers and team members (x2-4 in terms of pay, excluding other advanrages and bonuses) - no career management or function rotation of any forms - too much office politics - a whole lot of illegal practices (out of ignorance not malice) - poor company culture and a low sense of belonging even within managers circles
