Simply put, management does not care about you. They don’t inspire, they don’t encourage, they don’t appreciate anyone and they think that a “pizza party” or free lunch once a month is going to make people happy and feel appreciated. They tell you that you can get as much over as you want, however, the fact is that they expect you to work overtime every week.
