A great place to learn, but a difficult place to work.

They have a culture that rewards individual growth and development. They encourage all employees to learn new skills and offer training in Lean/six-sigma.

Cons

They have a very aggressive culture. Their senior management tends to be emotional and reactive, and they tend to be both stubborn and capricious. Someone who is thick-skinned with a "just make it happen" attitude will find success there.

Raises are random and arbitrary or non existent depending on the manager. It is hard or impossible to figure out what you should be doing to get a raise.

Cons

Absolutely no training, no warnings - cutting teams and employees without cause and without any compassion right before the holidays. I would not recommend working for this company.
