      The hard-working & genuine people at each site are the only reason I stayed for so long

      Cons

      Upper Management operates as a dictatorship. No recognition of good work & good ideas. BUT there always repercussions if something goes wrong, a delay in a project, or a quality issue. Poor communication between groups. Benefits slowly declining. Unrealistic expectations at every stage.
