Pay is not decent until you get to skilled positions People in skilled positions that should not be all because they need a body. No continuous training or yearly refresher for skilled positions. Poor morale Poor preventative maintenance program. Equipment is poor working state With little to no support from maintenance department due to complacency and poor training Lack of support to mid level management period they preach a one team aspect but that’s not the reality supervisors don’t work together, often pitted against one another. Supervisors should be conveying same message that’s never the case.
