      1. Relative competitive salary in Taiwan for a freshman. 2. Great opportunity to learn things for a freshman. 3. Have mentorship.

      Cons

      1. Long working hours ( might need to work at weekend and 12 plus working hours might be normal). 2. Don't have WFH.
