Pros

Flexible hours Employee friendly protocols Good pay Office amenities such as furniture, food, cab etc...

Cons

Earlier the management was good. I even got my salary to market level because of my manager. But, the situation has become worst in the recent past. Micro management, not providing opportunities to grow, unfair in promotions, Bias, pathetic exit protocol.

Pros

The teams have flexible work timings In office cafeteria with quality food and free pantry items

Cons

Recently went through turbulent time with Bankruptcy and got acquired by FCB. The deal for the Indian entity is still going on legally since March and expected to conclude by Q1 2024 which is causing uncertainty for sometime.
