Pros
Silo is a great place to work if you are up for a fun and rewarding challenge. You may be exposed to opportunities and tasks outside of the standard "software engineer" role, which I personally love. I feel that I am able to contribute directly to the future of our product and have gained valuable experience in leadership and decision making. My coworkers are very bright and passionate. This is not a job where you can coast by, but if you enjoy being able to collaborate with other parts of the business and want to really develop as a well rounded engineer this is the place to be.
Cons
The fast paced nature of the startup environment doesn't allow for the kind of mentorship and guidance you may find at a larger company. Leadership and peers will support you for sure, but self-motivation is truly key.

Incredible culture: everyone is talented, excited, and helpful. Passionate leadership: CEO deeply understands the domain, and Operations are extremely involved in the customers workflows. Modern tech stack.
Cons
Early stage so salary & benefits are not competitive, but equity very much is.
