you get your salary. thats it.

Cons

1. No future vision about employee growth. 2. Negligible annual increments & Bonuses. 3. Very few developers per product. So your improvement suggestions (Or even very basic bugs findings) related to tools will be simply ignored if it is not impacting any customer. So basically you cannot infuse your ideas about tools. 4. Unstable HR team/system. HR person/policies keeps on changing after every few months.

There are a few great staff who should be recognised more than they are.

Cons

From the top down the management of this company has become selfish and self serving. What used to be a great place to work has become a place of fear with a deep seated blame culture.
