Good engineers with a lot of experience Good place to learn EDA tools and flows Has connections with many R&D laboratories around the world (TCAD mostly) / Participating in EDA conferences May be a good place for internship

Cons

Software Engineers Salary: below market, bonuses are minimal Benefits: seriously degraded over the years , expensive medical insurance option
