      Laid back atmosphere. Everyone is nice and welcoming.

      Cons

      No clear sense of structure. Having to figure out things on your own. Have to months without any type of training. Some management not knowing how to effectively train and understanding their own job descriptions.

      The people I met during the time I worked for them was amazing and I felt like I was making a difference

      Bad pay...bad supervisors...cut hours....random shifts....expected you to be able to get to a home in 10 mins with no notice before hand on your days off
