Pros

Training is good, a little too much for seasoned servers who know how to actually serve.

Cons

Management sat in their closet, ie office, and didn’t do crap. Kids think they are working at some Fortune 500 company instead of a restaurant and were territorial over stupid things, like how many sugars you needed to refill. The way they had the set up when your shift was ending was you had to clean and set another section other than your own, so no one cared about keeping their section tidy because why? They didn’t have to clean it.
