Thank you for your honest feedback. We pride ourselves in our managers leading by example, and a lack of support is not in line with our company standards. We are always looking for ways to improve as a company and at each location individually and will be looking how we can support and develop or managers to be better support to their staff.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We empower and entrust our hosts and managers to do a fair table rotation for the servers. Servers should always have clearly defined sections and not be directly competing for tables in the rotation. We will be working with our management teams to make sure this doesn't happen in the future. Featuring a dish and drink each week is a part of our daily warm-ups. If this is not being done, then the management team was not conducting warm-ups to the company standard. We will reinforce the importance of including the featured food item(s) at every warm-up with our management teams.
