Pros

Great team work: everyone help each other especially in busy schedule. General manager and managers also volunteer when team in need no matter how small the task is. Rewarding income for young adult who just finish high school. Recommended place to build experience in customer service if one were aiming to pursue sale associates, banking or any customer relation involve jobs.

Cons

Short staff some time lead to very busy work environment especially if one were to get a table that take longer to order or to get a table that will like server to monitor at all time. Fortunately, managers were always around to service such table to keep restaurant giving great service, resulting rewarding tip for hardworking server!

-Get to try everything off the menu -Unique menu options -50% discount -Always find parking -Management encourages you to learn to do different things i.e. hosting, dessert station, bartending etc.

Cons

-Closes at 1am -No gratuity -12hr shifts -Have to roll 75 silverware every-time before clocking out -No room for servers to eat, complete sidework, etc. -Cannot have alot of piercings -Cannot have hair color that is not natural
