Pros

Great place to start serving job, friendly environment. 40 percent off when the employee dine in.

Cons

No auto tip when the guest is more that 6 people, which if that party decide not to tip you, you pretty much work for free.

Pros

- Fun environment, you'll make lifelong friends if you want - Very very LGBTQ+ friendly! - Majority of management is promoted from within - Lots of opportunity for growth if you put the effort in (memorizing the menu + taste profiles, demonstrating leadership skills, being a team player and CONSTANTLY helping your coworkers, don't be on your phone at all) - Yet also, totally acceptable to just want a paycheck as long as you're professional and show up on time, not a ton of pressure to be a super server - Discounted food! The food and milkshakes are amazing! You're going to gain fifteen pounds, maybe that's a con, whoops - Good schedule/hours, but only if you advocate for yourself from the beginning what days you want/don't want - Management doesn't care who shows up to what shift as long as someone shows up, so really convenient to switch around with coworkers when needed (someone almost always wants to work a holiday when you don't)

Cons

- Not for the faint of heart; you'll be yelled at, sworn at, disrespected, and occasionally harassed by rude customers. They seem particularly entitled at the location I worked at, and you'll sometimes have to deal with passive aggressive racism - Difficult to get time off even when asked ahead of time, it's encouraged to just switch shifts with coworkers - Mild favoritism for who gets the good sections, however it was mostly the people who showed up late and were disrespectful to management who got the bad sections, so even if you're not a favorite you'll still get the decent middle ones - On your feet constantly, it gets so tiring. Get really good shoes with your first paycheck. Your back and feet will thank you six months from now.
