Pros

Good money sometimes if you work during busy times, Coworkers were great and will support you during hard times

Cons

No benefits until after working almost a year for them, and must work full time 30+ hours constantly to qualify for said benefits. Managers will berate you, be condescending, and make you feel awful by making the most simple mistakes. They will not let you take a small break even if it’s slow unless they feel like it, and they just don’t treat servers on the level of a human being at times. And lastly some sections at least in the location I worked at were just not COVID-19 spaced out safe. They will not care if you complain about said sections, and if you do they will make sure not to rotate you out of said section.
