Pros

Good to great “farm to table” food. Vegan Vegetarian and gluten free options. If you dont feel confident going somewhere where they serve alcohol this might be the place for you! The health insurance and dental is a plus

Cons

A lot of the food comes from Sysco... not so farm to table besides the farms that they mention in the menu and several other ones. The older restaurants have roaches! Annoying uniform standards, no nails no more than 2 pairs of earrings, no visible tattoos etc. There’s a lot of favoritism or “teachers pet” managers pick and chose who to harrass about uniforms and being late.
