pays everyday to servers, dont' have to wait for paycheck good environment, great team flexible schedules

Cons

some servers can make twice more per day, or twice less

Pros

Money, flexible hours, and nothing else I can think of.

Cons

No break, no benefits, lots of customer/manager complaint, rude coworkers with attitude When it comes to sidework and table checking, the coworker harasses you. They also fire you, if you do not sign customers to their rewards program.
