short hours for fulltime (sent home an hour and a half early of my 6 hours on my first day) no training, just a script and you're thrown on the phone cold-calling internationally, without proper access to time zone information / currency rate of exchange outdated systems (windows xp? really?) lead lists outdated by 10+ years inappropriate comments from team leader customer information can easily be compromised must have full script memorized in three days of risk termination no id badges

the pay is not as good as other resorts around the area
