The CEO's are absolutely insane. Look across job sites and you will see why they have the same reviews about how horrible they are. Microaggressions, nasty attitude, veiled threats, misinformation, all from the CEO's. Working here needs to be a desperate choice, and even then I would caution against it. If you want professionalism from a team where you can grow, this place is not it. Employees are fine but you honestly can't enjoy them since Cindy and Matt are absolute trash humans. Find another place to work.

no parking/ must pay to park if you drive no insurance offered- even for FT employees poor management lack of communication pay could be much better, considering the work and expectations. upper management unless you're the spa or assistant manager.. nobody cares about how you're treated. the owners (mainly the male owner, Matt Maroone) will not ask you how the assistant manager and spa manager are doing or if you have any concerns or anything to talk about... The will only seek the opinion of those highest on the totem pole. Unless you are "upper management" do not ask any questions. When you are fixing the assistant manager's mistakes, be sure to document them for yourself.
