They do keep your books full.

Cons

8-9 guests per esti causes all the staff to be crabby. Count on nasty attitudes to rub off on you. Burnout due to how unprofessional and exhausting management was.

Pros

The pay was good when there were enough clients coming in.

Cons

Management is uncooperative and has issues with efficient communication. There is a lack of positive reinforcement and a whole lot of shaming. There is a lack of support from front desk staff. Fellow estheticians can be extremely unprofessional.
