Prior to 2021, there were many pros. Seeing as how we are past that...... there are no pros.

Cons

SilverRock does NOT care about people. There was a time, long before current AD’s and SM’s that this company truly valued their people. That is long gone. If you are an individual who values being valued, it’s not the place for you. You are a number, a “butt in a seat.”

Management is open to criticism and new ideas. No micro-managing. Allowed to work from home during COVID. All the overtime you could want.

Cons

Large learning curve in early career. Policies change a lot as the companies we service adapt.
