SilverTech Response
1yI’m sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience while working here at SilverTech. We continue to focus on ways to improve and have taken big initiatives this year for managers to provide clarity and feedback to employees with our monthly 1:1s. These meetings are opportunities not only for managers to provide positive and constructive feedback, but also for the employees to bring any questions or concerns they have and discuss future learning and growth opportunities. We’ve also implemented bi-annual reviews to provide more detailed feedback for employees.
Since we have two office locations and offer remote work on Mondays and Fridays, where teams are comprised of integrated crew members, Teams is our primary source of communication. It’s important to use a single platform so crew members know where to look for the most recent updates and are able to look back at past messages to find out statuses across departments for specific projects.
I’m also sorry to hear that you had very little interaction with coworkers while here at SilverTech. With our weekly firesides, there’s a lot of opportunity to participate in different fun activities and games, as well as just casual conversation over beverages and snacks! Plus, there is also opportunity during our Lunch and Learns and Snack and Learns each month to learn more about our new partners, solutions, case studies, or processes we are rolling out.
We value open communication and would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly. Our Human Resources team is dedicated to supporting all crew members and ensuring they have the opportunity to learn and grow here at SilverTech wile also being a part of our vibrant culture.
