Pros

- I genuinely enjoy coming into work. The culture is great. - SilverTech has been very supportive of my professional growth. They have shown they truly care about my future goals and helping me accomplish them. - Games and free drinks. - Accessible leadership.

Cons

- I wish it was more vocal about issues going on in the world and celebrating things they may be considered "political" here e.g. celebrating Pride month, Black History month, etc. - Some teams seem to not always have a great work/life balance, but I don't feel as though that is expected company-wide.

Everyone is very welcoming here including senior leadership. Very positive environment and they are willing to put in the time to train in areas you lack experience.

Cons

Interview process was very long, but understandable when trying to find the right person for the right role.
