Pros

People: Everybody at SilverTech is nice and welcoming. You will make great friends working here. Culture: I mentioned some negatives about their culture below but day to day that run "culture club" try their absolute best and put on some amazing things for the employees.

Cons

Management: Many upper management "leaders" don't care about the day to day workers and are more worried about making money for the company since the top sales person has stock in. the company so its a lot of over selling and unrealistic deadlines to get a contact, Deadlines are rarely hit. Pay: Below average for today's market. They also refused cost of living increases. Turnover: During the time I was there the turnover rate was about 50%. They claim during the interview process that they have built a great culture where people have fun and are proud to work there. They will mention the vintage video games through the offices and tell you people are often playing these to let off steam. But thats not the case. People are unhappy there. People are over worked and under paid which is causing people to leave at a rapid rate. Career Progression: Forget about it, it's not happening. Because it's a smaller agency and there are only a few "senior" level positions in all departments making jumps is very hard. They have lost really great employees due to this. Diversity & Inclusion: Would make social posts for all holidays and a lot of other "days" like National S'mores Day but would celebrate Black History month or any LGBTQ+ days or celebrations.
