Pros
- good for junior to start working at MNC - most of the worker are nice and easy to get along - every year can around 7-18% increment (if probation finish by EOY for first year, else.. wait next2 year) - face pace so can learn a lot of thing - try to keep up to current gen stack - office near public - got debi app to use voucher here and there
Cons
- basic benefits don't expect much but still decent - maybe got bonus, maybe not - depending on when you join, it might affect your salary progression - only got makan2 event, else nothing - old school management style - every team is different, some can wfh, some can not
