Pros

No politic in workspace, senior are friendly and willing to share the knowledge with you. Having some nice benefit such as debi which can use to redeem some cash voucher example decathlon, adidas etc

Cons

The salary cant compete with current market. Undergoing restructure, everything is a mess now, backend devleoper need to learn frontend stuff. No WFH, this is the worst part, need to commute to office everyday.
