      I joined Silverlink Technologies Nashik Office 3 years ago. being a Girl and working in Night Shift was not easy decision to take by my family. When I joined here, I got respectful work environment by entire team. Manager treats every employee equally. lots of good requirements to work on, which help recruiter to earn more money for his family. I have seen bad comment on glass door by fake people to ruin the Silverlink's Nashik office image specially for Girl which is Not true. If you wanna see the real picture of Our Nasik Office, Do visit once. I am fully satisfied with work culture and Growth i got because of performance.

      I havent seen any cros as such. Being a professional recruiter, i take work pressure as a challenge and finish on time. employee who left the company posted negative Cros which is not true

      There is no HR Manager who has been with the Company for 3 yrs. For HR Manager you need to serve to be with the Company for at least 6 to 7 yrs. This very clearly states that this is a SPAM mail which is done by a 3rd party from outside the company or maybe those guys who have left the company in just a few months who are unable to perform

      Unhappy environment here.Don't give original documents to company in any situation, they will make you work for 2 years 24*7 with 13hours per day duty, lot of pressure ,if you are girl you have to make your manager Happy, if not he will torture you with bad words, will give more work load current girls employees are crying to leave company but can't leave as they will take all your original documents and will ask to pay more than 1 lakh to return if u leave job,they call any time to work, Very unprofessional people is here. I have been working with them for 6 months. Due to managers unprofessional behavior I left it. They treats new employee like slaves. Don't think to join this place at any cost.

      Silverlink will close soon in nasik don't join, if you have shared your original documents then you are in Trap.Girls have to satisfy manger first. You can't came out. Employee didn't get there original after leaving have to sign illigal contract. Unprofessional environment
