      culture is great, coworkers are great, variety of work, we feel like they care

      Cons

      pay/benefits are lower than comparable companies, lots of volatility. Work is also variable, and you'll have to do unpaid overtime randomly

      Interesting projects, big industry impact. People here are great and take huge pride in their work. Engineers here are world class!

      Hard to find qualified people to come work in local area, so this leads to understaffed projects and stress
