Pros
Company is trying to solve really hard technical problems in the fraud/anamoly detection space. The work environment is highly energetic, with never a dull day and never an empty or dull to-do list. The team that's been built so far is second to none - everyone's extremely smart, driven and excited about the product.
Cons
Sometimes the work pressure might get a bit too high to handle in case you are not used to startup environments. You may also not always get clear direction on you tasks - heavy onus on you to take right decisions
