Bully Management uses Intimidation and Fear Tactics

Pros

Decent pay. You get six therapy sessions for free per calendar year that you will absolutely need to utilize just to deal with the fear-based management style.

Cons

Management is condescending. Frequent public humiliations. Unrealistic expectations even when told they are unrealistic. This is not a collaborative environment. It’s a “who can I throw under the bus to save myself” environment. Management focuses too much on shaming, humiliating, belittling, ridiculing, and in general, bullying their associates instead of working towards solutions and performance improvement.
