Holidays off, weekends off, gain PTO

Cons

Way too sales oriented. They want to claim they serve customers but it feels like they just want you to sell credit cards. The pay is lower than other banks and you feel like just a number here. Management doesn't manage and doesn't let you have your own opinion. Looking for other work. Hands down worst bank I've worked for. Please reconsider this company. Advancement is low. Raises are slim.

Pros

The management is open to new ideas and always focused on evolving and becoming better. They reward and value high performance, and there is always more opportunity for those that can show these traits. As we grow, the company is introducing a lot of new programs and tools that help me do my job better. The people are great to work with, and the pay and benefits are competitive.
