      Simmons has a great atmosphere! We truly care about our customers and strive to make our bank the best place to work.

      Cons

      The banking industry has had a lot of changes in recent years. The work is ever changing and is a lot to keep up with. Definitely an industry that you will not get bored!

      At Simmons, the associates are friendly and the leadership team is progressive. The atmosphere is creative and fast-paced. Overall, it's a fun place to work! I especially appreciate the open door environment and the commitment to teamwork. Simmons has a strong and vibrant culture – the associates are passionate, talented and customer focused. In fact, our #1 focus is making our customers happy. We are growing and it's exciting to be a part of a successful company. And did I mention our stock is awesome?

      Slightly short-handed - we need more people to help deliver excellence in customer service. We are growing and this is a short-term issue.
