Pros

Good pay is really the only positive thing I have to say.

Cons

Management is awful. Manager does not know what they're doing, does not know how to keep full staff. Could just be the location I was at, but I do not recommend working here unless you're young and still live at home with your parents, or if you want a dead end job with selfish, clueless managers.

Pros

Pretty much the only pro about working for Simmons is the pay. They start you off pretty well even if you don't have experience. I would say it's a good place to start if you've never worked in banking.

Cons

Unfortunately there are a lot of cons. The benefits are terrible, technology wise they are behind the times. There is very little room for advancement and something is always down weather it's online banking, debit cards, telephone banking, or just the main system and it makes it difficult to do your job to the best of your abilities.
