Lack of training, lack of resources, the departments don't communicate with each other, leadership doesn't communicate changes well, the organizational structure is very top heavy, there are so many managers (many of which have 1 or 2 direct reports and there is probably no need for them).

Overlook female talent and very male dominated. Male officers are invited to hunting and golf events while females are left out. Toxic behaviors that HR and exec leadership overlook. When escalated, issues were acknowledged but was told there was nothing that could be done given their current leadership. Complete attrition in TM which would be a red flag to most companies. The bank has decent potential so is unfortunate that so much is swept under the rug for the benefit of a few leaders.
