Great schedule, decent pay, less than 7min drive, flexible.

Cons

Sale oriented, pressure to sale, have to make calls, points points Points. Literally have to bother the people you see every day to try to get accts opened up

Care about the employees and employee development. Good work/life balance. Local leadership is good. Community Bank feel with the tools to serve larger businesses

Cons

Pay is not competitive. Outgrown the support retail and commercial staff needs. Systems are continuously down. Communication between departments is very poor
