Nothing special, really

Pros

Remote work is a plus although it doesn’t seem like it will offered permanently. Pay is decent and we’re off most holidays. My interview experience was very pleasant and easygoing.

Cons

Lack of diversity. Lots of micromanaging remote workers. They put off employee raises, too busy buying too many banks and overpaying execs I suppose.

Pros

Simmons does care a lot about their employees Competitive pay Great company to work for overall

Cons

If you’re retail side, they are very aggressive on making sales goals Even when you make your goals it doesn’t feel like you’ve done enough The company is only hiring for having all back office centrally located at HQ and won’t hire outside of Arkansas
