Good pay with good benefits.

Cons

Horrible hours, horrible environment (temperature, standing, little-to-no rest, zero ergonomics), very hostile toward LGBTQ+ and will start looking for ways of getting rid of you if you report another employee because of it - management does NOTHING about it.
