Cons

The sexual harrassment/discrimination in this facility is so bad that you don't know where to start/stop filing complaints.

Great Benefits-Free medical clinics and prescriptions pd at 100% by the company. Tuition reimbursement. Opportunity to advance. Treated like family not just a number.

Cons

Shift hours take a little to get used to when you work in processing plants. All poultry facilities are located in small towns.
