Pros
I've been at Simon for a bit over a year now. In this time the company has grown tremendously, both in employee count and client base. Compensation is pretty good, definitely towards the mid-to-high end for the industry. Communication is surprisingly transparent - we're all aware of financials, etc. In all, it's been a great company to work for.
Cons
My main issue is that work hours tend to be fairly lengthy - I definitely put in my share of 50+ hour weeks. Then again, the time goes by quickly as I'm actually doing stuff. Not the end of the world at all.
