Pros

Great list of authors. Some phenomenal editors & publishers. In top 5 of all trade publishers.

Cons

Ship without a rudder. The publishing/book world is changing and fast. Their solution is to work people to death, make them fearful of their job & well, fire a LOT of people.

Pros

great coworkers, great books and authors. Upper management in my department were great and I learned a lot through the years.

Cons

low salary. company is getting very cheap with budgeting. Many good people leave because the salary is too low and they don't give raises where needed. this means that the people will leave for higher pay. I've seen this happen many times.
