Business Outlook

Pros

Good learning experience and management team wants to move towards an inclusive culture.

Cons

Very had work life balance. Inconsistent schedule with production, but it's the nature of the business. Some days production lines are only. 4-6hrs. Other days it could be a 12-14hr shift due to downed equipment or delayed materials.

It’s great to hear feedback about the ways we support our teams, including through learning and development opportunities and the inclusive workplace we strive to foster. While workloads and schedules may vary depending on business needs, we also strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance for our team members and are dedicated to fostering a supportive culture. We are always seeking continuous improvement in our production environment and understand that additional shift options enable more flexibility for our teams. Each facility evaluates shift schedules based on production levels and operational efficiency, and we strive to work with our teams to find the optimal scheduling for them. Your insights hold significant value to us, as they contribute to our ongoing efforts to refine and enhance our workplace dynamics. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
