Good pay all over time you want

Cons

Hot year round in plant. Summer is unbearable with 92 at night and 87 percent humidity. Hard physical labor expect to do several jobs in one night

Cons

Long hours, not that great of pay for what you have to deal with, reduced vacation time, management doesn't care about workers. Not that much growth within the company.
