Pros
Very interesting work, good work environment, lots of opportunities and encouragement to do training (something I have rarely seen), talented coworkers, very nice brand new company provided laptop and peripherals.
Cons
A huge con is the minimum 3 month delay in joining the company 401k plan. This period (which will extend to up to 6 months depending on the exact timing of starting at the company) is the longest I have ever seen to simply *join* a 401k plan (and I am not talking about company match). Company contribution on health and dental insurance could be better.
