Pros
One of the best teams I have ever worked for. Competitive salary and flexible schedule. They truly care and invest in their employees, which creates a really great work environment. Even though we work remotely, my coworkers and managers, even the owners, are always available if I ever needed anything. They care about work-life balance as well and they provide the tools for you need to succeed. I learned a great deal on my project and was recognized for my work. The company also has good benefits: paid holidays, PTO, 401k, affordable health insurance, and HSA. The company has double its size on my second year of working there. There will be challenges as the company grows, but there will be lot of room for growth and promotion.
