Pros

A company with a clear vision for the future. Simplify have led, and others have followed, and this will surely continue to happen. Complacency isn't a factor here, as development and progression are key areas on which the business is built. Constant and consistent investment in future focused solutions Colleague interaction is paramount, in terms of gaining new business, developing new ideas, and embracing new ideas

Pros

They do give gifts and have fancy offices

Cons

Unethical leadership. Staff is used and abused and not to miss treated really poorly once they leave. Move work to India and make redundancy in UK, used the furlough and got work done in India. Managers act behind back and not reliable at all. Growth depends on how close you are to managers and not skill.
