worst senior management severe micro management at its extreme running like a proprietorship shop in some wholesale market process is a myth here. Senior management talks about process oriented company, but they are the one breaks most of the processes. negative work-life balance, management wants you to be available at their disposal like a slave 24x7 with no additional benefits and butter them. HIGHLY TOXIC WORK CULTURE. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANY NEW JOINEE(S).

Let me tell you the honest review about this company. If you want to join this company then read this review before joining. I gave an interview online in this company and I got an offer letter. I read review and most of the review about this company is bad but I taught that I have better knowledge. Therefore, I should join this company. I had joined this company in February 2024. When I enter into company and this was great moment for me but after 1 month, I heard so many things like they fire at any time any employee without any reason. All employees are afraid about their job security because there is 0% job security in this company. Employees are like a Garbage for this company. I will never suggest anyone to join this company if you want to make your carrier successful then go to another company not this company.
