Pros

Good salary, few good technical colleagues.

Cons

They say flexible work hours but HR interferes a lot when you take leaves or work from home even on approval from your managers. HR is very rude and dont know how to talk to employees, HR come to office only for fun. management makes false promises and managers are very biased and favor their favorites who do buttering. Join this company only if you dont have any option or you just want money

Employee friendly policies. Excellent pay standards. Management and managers focus on quality work/project for the employees. Very flexible timing and work culture, you can work from home in-case you want to stay at your home. 360 degree feedback for employee and managers. Monthly social events and parties to enjoy. Good offshore opportunity.

Cons

Just a few: No cab facility. Few indoor games.

Multi location office would be very good for many employees and new comers.
